Can I register on site at CoinAgenda?

Yes, however, the ticket price at the door will be higher than purchasing a ticket in advance. We recommend registering prior to showing up at the event as this will expedite the check in process for you.

Does everything happen at the same venue?

The CoinAgenda evening events are frequently held at a venue other than where the daytime conference is held. Be sure to read the confirmation email and check the schedule for full event location details.

What is the exact location?

CoinAgenda Caribbean (Dec 5-7, 2022) will be hosted at Fairmont El San Juan. The evening event locations will be shared upon registration and/or closer to the event.

What are the accommodation arrangements?

All CoinAgenda attendees, speakers and sponsors are responsible for making their own arrangements and accommodations. Book early to secure your spot. If the event hotel is booked there are additional hotels nearby.

Do I need to bring any special equipment?

Nope, just you. Many of our attendees bring digital or physical business cards to stay connected.

What food will be served at the event?

CoinAgenda serves full meals throughout the conference including:

Day 1 Opening party: Hors d’oeuvres and Cocktails

Day 2: Full Breakfast, Lunch

Evening 2 Legendary Dinner: Dinner and Drinks

Day 3: Full Breakfast, Lunch

Can my spouses and children attend too?

CoinAgenda is a 21+ event due to our evening events serving alcohol. All spouses or guests must be registered and have a ticket in their name to attend.

When can I register?

Registration for CoinAgenda Caribbean 2022 is open. Our 2023 event registrations will open in 2023. Join our mailing list to stay updated.

How do I pay for the registration?
