I am a technology innovator, observer and investor. As a serial entrepreneur, I created companies with over $7 billion of market capitalization during a 30-year career. I've been part of the Lycos’ IPO team, was founder and CEO of Xoom.com (IPO: 1998), and was CEO of NBCi, formed by the merger of Xoom.com and Snap.com, in addition to other companies in digital communications, media and payments, such as Wine.com and Unseen.is. Currently, I am working on several blockchain related projects, which includes involvement with Alphabit Fund (UAE), on the board of a biotech startup and a stealth communication device startup
