Alex Gordon-Brander has a 20-year history of building some of the largest and most sophisticated financial technology platforms in the world. He patented the corporate bond trading platform at MarketAxess, launched the world’s first institutional credit derivative platform, and designed the FX trading platform at the world’s largest hedge fund, Bridgewater. Overall, close to $20 trillion dollars have passed through his trading systems. Having launched multiple alternative currencies before the Bitcoin white paper, Alex founded Omega One in early 2017 to address the immediate needs of the emerging digital asset ecosystem.
