Erhan Korhaliller is the Founder and CEO of Leading Blockchain PR Consultancy EAK Digital, Istanbul Blockchain Week and 3D virtual event series, BlockDown Conference. EAK Digital has represented some of the biggest projects in the blockchain space throughout Europe, America and Asia, such as Binance, Theta Network, NEO and Akoin, the cryptocurrency founded by international music artist, Akon. Istanbul Blockchain Week was the brainchild of Erhan in order to provide a platform to allow Turkey to become a global leader in blockchain and cryptocurrency. Erhan has used his international network of contacts and partners to bring a global event into Istanbul spanning 20+ side events, 2500 attendees and over 100+ media. BlockDown Conference was established in response to the international lockdown that followed the impact of the Covid-19 virus in 2020. The first two events enjoyed a viewership of over 10,000, across 100 different countries, and streamed in 3 different languages. The conference featured a 3D virtual world where attendees could create their own lookalike avatars, as they navigated exhibition booths, networked ‘in person’ and watched keynote speeches and panels - all in the 3D virtual conference space. Erhan is also the presenter of EAK TV, interviewing blockchain’s thought leaders, including exclusives with Changpeng Zhao of Binance, Charles Hoskinson of IOHK and Cardano and Johnson Zhao of NEO. Erhan previously managed large scale project teams for blue chip brands such as Rolls Royce, Barclaycard and Vodafone, successfully guiding his teams to multiple advertising awards, including a platinum award from Campaign Magazine. Erhan continues to lead from the front, giving PR a voice in the blockchain industry as a speaker at global events, and guest lecturing at the University of Huddersfield Business School where he assists with mentoring business students. Erhan has landed coverage in print and broadcast outlets around the world, including Entrepreneur Magazine, International Business Times, Inc Magazine and Buzzfeed.
