Cyril is the Founder and Managing Partner of Advent-Morro Equity Partners, Puerto Rico’s first and largest private equity and venture capital firm. Prior to this, he was President and founder of Meduna & Co., Inc. a local broker/dealer specializing in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Cyril obtained a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselear Polytechnic Institute and an M.B.A from George Washington University. He is also Honorary Consul for the Republic of Chile in Puerto Rico.
