Ward Rotter is a serial entrepreneur and has been an investor for over 30 years. Ward is an Iowa farm boy and a West Point Graduate. He has a PE in civil engineer and spent his 20's managing large construction projects in Europe and South America. His broad career of risk trading, hedge fund management, specialty lending, and wireless security included CEO and Board memberships in public and private companies. Mr. Rotter moved to Puerto Rico from San Francisco in 2019 and is serves as Chairman of Rotter Family Office.
