Chief Investment Officer Percival

Colette K. Young is the Chief Investment Officer and Chair of the Investment Committee of Percival Services LLC, the family office of Brock Pierce. She leads investments and overall asset allocation in both private and public opportunities. She is founder of Welara Partners LLC, an independent advisor for investment opportunities and business strategy. She is also currently a Venture Partner of Republic, a startup investing platform. Prior, Ms. Young was most recently Partner, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Atlas Capital Team L.P, an alternative multi-asset manager specializing in structured macro and tail-risk solutions, which she co-founded in 2018. Ms. Young has spent the past 18 years split between building and operating companies, as well as investing in them. She has dedicated her career to early-stage and emerging technology. Her specialty is building bridges between traditional industries and digital markets to enable growth for all participants.
