Henson Orser is President and CEO of Komainu North America Co. Prior to joining Komainu, Henson held a number of senior positions at Nomura Securities International where he was Global Head of Wholesale SRM, Co-Head of Global Markets Americas, and Head of Global Markets Sales Americas. Henson was on the global Wholesale Executive Committee as well as the Global Markets Executive Committee and Chaired the Global Sales Executive Committee. Prior to joining Nomura in 2012, Mr. Orser held a number of senior positions in the Markets division at The Royal Bank of Scotland for over 17 years, including Head of USD Rates Sales and was San Francisco Branch Manager from 2001-2009. Henson served on the Board of Autism Speaks and the Winston Preparatory School. He holds a BA in Economics with a Minor in Politics from Princeton University.
